Business Development

Key to the company’s growth, this position involves expanding contracts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and setting the foundation for lasting partnerships. The role requires the foresight to spot emerging opportunities, the skill to forge agreements that align client and company goals, and the judgment to strengthen Sarandi’s standing as a trusted partner in the industry.

CAD Designer

The critical link between our client’s vision and bringing that vision to life. Strong computer-aided design (CAD) skills are required to prepare drawings, diagrams, and schematics that give production a clear roadmap for manufacturing. The role demands both technical precision and creative insight to translate concepts into fully realized, buildable designs — ensuring smooth production workflows and supporting Sarandi’s commitment to delivering every project on time and on budget.

Company Coordinator

The central link that keeps communication and operations running smoothly. Helps establish and uphold the Sarandi brand and standards across all internal processes. Oversees schedules, meetings, and correspondence, and coordinates onboarding, documentation, events, and related projects to ensure everything runs efficiently and reinforces Sarandi’s brand identity and professional standards.

Estimator

Plays a pivotal role in Sarandi’s profitability and success in winning new projects. Determines the time, cost, and resources required to complete each job, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and overhead. Manages multiple estimates at once with a balance of precision and creativity — setting the foundation for competitive proposals and sustainable margins.

Office Manager

Serves as the forward-facing hub of Sarandi’s daily operations and the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. Represents the company with professionalism and warmth in every interaction, building lasting relationships that reflect Sarandi’s values and commitment to quality. Oversees communications, mailings, supplies, and scheduling, ensuring all resources and logistics are in place to keep operations running seamlessly and on time.

Project Manager

The essential bridge between clients, designers, and production. This role requires strong communication skills — both written and in person — and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. A pivotal position that ensures every project is executed to Sarandi’s highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Production Manager

Oversees all shop production, inspiring a culture of safety, high performance, and on-time delivery. Champions process optimization and continuous improvement, maintaining the balance between precision, productivity, and teamwork that defines Sarandi’s success and ensures its quality standards and brand values are consistently upheld.

Beam Saw Operator

The Beam Saw Operator plays a critical role as the first step in Sarandi’s production process, where raw materials begin their transformation into the client’s vision. This position requires the skillful operation of the Beam Saw to cut sheet materials with precision, along with using a forklift to move and stage materials for upcoming projects. A capable operator understands the production schedule and works with foresight, setting the pace for downstream efficiency across the shop while upholding Sarandi’s standards of craftsmanship and quality.

CNC Operator

Operators translate blueprints into precise machine instructions and support production efficiency by identifying and resolving issues that could affect assembly downstream. Proficient in programming and operating CNC machinery to produce precision components that align and assemble seamlessly. Experienced in maintaining machines for peak performance, monitoring operations to ensure smooth and safe running, and troubleshooting as needed. The CNC Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the precision and accuracy that define every Sarandi project.

Apprentice Woodworker

The Woodworking Apprentice plays an essential role in supporting the craftsmanship that brings Sarandi projects to life. This position involves learning the fundamentals of woodworking, tool use, safety protocols, and production techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors. Apprentices assist with material preparation, assembly, and workspace organization, helping ensure projects move smoothly through the shop. Open to learning and growth, apprentices gain hands-on experience from the ground up at Sarandi, developing the skills and discipline that define the company’s tradition of quality and precision.

Junior Woodworker

The Junior Woodworker contributes directly to the quality and precision that define every Sarandi project. This position involves performing foundational carpentry, cabinetmaking, and assembly tasks with growing independence and attention to detail. Junior Woodworkers work from shop drawings, operate power tools and equipment safely, and assist in more complex builds under supervision. As their skills develop, they take ownership of individual components and refine their craftsmanship, supporting Sarandi’s commitment to excellence in every finished piece.

Journeyman Woodworker

The Journeyman Woodworker brings advanced craftsmanship and expertise to Sarandi’s production floor. Skilled in a wide range of woodworking techniques, journeymen handle complex projects with precision and minimal supervision. They work confidently across materials and finishes, ensuring components meet exact specifications and assemble seamlessly. Journeymen also take on early leadership in mentoring developing team members, sharing knowledge to foster growth and teamwork while upholding the standards of quality that define Sarandi’s work.

Master Woodworker

The Master Woodworker represents the highest level of craftsmanship and leadership within Sarandi’s woodworking production team. This position involves taking on the most intricate projects, custom designs, and creative builds requiring exceptional precision and skill. Master Woodworkers supervise major projects, ensure design intent is fully realized, and provide expert guidance throughout the production process. They model the kind of leadership that reflects Sarandi’s brand values—mentoring others, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Finisher

The Finisher plays a critical role in bringing each project to completion. This position involves preparing items for finishing by sanding, filling, routing, and applying final surface treatments before installation. Finishers ensure every product meets Sarandi’s gold standard of quality through immaculate detail, craftsmanship, and care. The final finish is where the client’s vision is fully realized that conveys Sarandi quality and the Sarandi promise
