About the role:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving project objectives of quality, time, budget and scope in managing projects. You will supervise the submittal process, establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Initiating
· Obtain leads from Sales and become completely familiar with scope and specifications for the job
· Identify stakeholders and their needs; educate and support them throughout the process
· Transition the job to drafting and engineering with a schedule; supervise the submittal process and review completed submittal
Planning and Executing
· Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve the project objectives of price, schedule, and quality
· Break the job down into work packages based on the schedule and what is most effective and efficient; work with production manager to review/release work packages
· Manage relationships with stakeholders and client
· Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs; review change order requests and submit to estimating for pricing
· Negotiate installation subcontracts when required and collaborate with field superintendent when in-house installation is used
· Troubleshoot installation and ensure resource availability and allocation
Monitoring and Closing
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including communication logs, submittal logs, and change order logs
· Monitor progress of production; adjust schedule to field conditions and construction schedule; report to accounting for progress billings
· Attend site meetings as required and perform risk management to minimize project risk
· Complete project closeout and paperwork
· Make sure payments are received and monitor punch list
· Gather customer feedback and evaluate project for overall performance and areas that need improvement

· Experience in architectural mill work and custom cabinetry
· Engineering/drafting background
· High level of mathematical skills
· 5 years of Project Management experience
· Working knowledge of costs of goods/services in the industry
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and software applications associated with estimating and managing workflow

Position
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who would be responsible for acquisition, growth, and retention of clients in the Hospitality, Senior Living and Small Medical Clients in Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Maryland.
The right person will have the following attributes:
• Initiative: They will MAKE things happen – vs. HOPING or WATCHING things happen. They should recognize account/revenue/pipeline issues and concerns independently, and effectively create variance plans to maintain performance.
• Judgment/Decision Making/ Problem Solving: Business Development Representative should demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, assigns proper priorities and determines correct actions to take. They know when to seek help and prioritize activities/actions/resources effectively.
• Sales Ability: Business Development Representative understands all aspects of selling, closing, account management and the Sarandi Mfg. sales process model.
• Teamwork: Business Development Representative must interact well with others. Listen to others and be respectful in email and verbal communications to team members as they quarterback sales opportunities. They must put the company goals before their own.
• Communications: The Business Development Representative must be able to share relevant information orally and/or in writing with creativeness, clarity, effectiveness, and timeliness. The Business Development Representative must be persuasive in presentations and client’s sessions.
• Honesty & Integrity: Business Development Representative must present to clients and potential customers all the information necessary for them to make good decisions about our services.
Requirements
• 5 years outside sales experience including 2 years + in Construction Industry
• Proven Territory management skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Compensation: Base salary + commission with on target earnings of $100,000-$125,000
