•Monitors and responds to voice mails and emails regularly.
•Oversee all Operations of Production.
•Order Materials.
•Hold Planning Meetings with Supervisors and Team Members.
•Maintain a Production Schedule.
•Assign work to Supervisors and Team Members.
•Maintain and Enforce Quality Standards.
•Assist in Hiring of new Team Members and Supervisors.
•Regular Evaluations of Supervisors and Team Members
•Determine work hours for Supervisors and Team Members.
•Approve vacations and appointments for Production Team.
•Coordinate and Schedule Deliveries with Project Manager.
Coordinating
•Coordinates with the Engineering Manager for development of manufacturing methods processes, tooling and molds necessary to produce new products.
•Reviews and implements engineering change notices as appropriate; updates manufacturing documentation including assembly manuals.
Supervising
•Oversees and supervise all functions including receiving of components, inventory control, production and interim quality checks and shipping; assures compliance with all regulations and good manufacturing practices.
Trouble Shooting
•Troubleshoots any production problems; assures that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production; reports any process or equipment problems to Operations Manager and Engineering Manager.
