Office Manager
Serves as the forward-facing hub of Sarandi’s daily operations and the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. Represents the company with professionalism and warmth in every interaction, building lasting relationships that reflect Sarandi’s values and commitment to quality. Oversees communications, mailings, supplies, and scheduling, ensuring all resources and logistics are in place to keep operations running seamlessly and on time.

Responsibilities include maintaining computer data bases, assisting with mailings, ordering supplies, phone reception, filing and performing a variety of administrative office tasks.
Position Details

Administrative
•Monitors and responds to mail, voice mails and emails regularly.
•Maintain updated customer lists and information.
•Answer and direct phone calls.
•Contact customers as directed.
•Organize and file project information (change orders, contracts, correspondence).
•Preform biweekly payroll (including providing time tracking information).
•Assist office staff in coordinating projects.
•Prepare correspondence.

Accounting
• Send all invoices to customers, follow up for payment.
• Make bank deposits, collect all revenues.
• Review all expenses for accuracy.
• Notify Operations Manager of required payments and make payments according to guidelines.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly. Ensure all revenue and expenses are categorized.
• Prepare checks and obtain signatures.
