Position Details

Administrative Support
•Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external.
•Preparing agendas, presentations, and other meeting materials.
•Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
•Maintaining records, databases, and other important documents.
•Handling travel arrangements and expense reports.

Communication and Collaboration
•Facilitating communication between different departments and teams.
•Relaying information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
•Ensuring effective communication flow within the organization.
•Interacting with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

Office Management

•Managing office supplies and equipment.
•Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
•Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and services.

Other Duties
•Conducting research and gathering information to support projects.
•Assisting with budget management and expense tracking.
•Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
•Performing other tasks as assigned to support the overall business operations.

Organize Events
•Organize Company Tours, Company Lunches, Company Picnics, and other Events.
•Has ability to organize and plan events.
•Can have everything prepared in time.

Helps with Hiring and Onboarding
•Help out by putting up hiring posts, ads, and signs.
•Onboard the new hires.
•Add all new hire information where needed.

Project Documentation
•Documents projects.
•Collect photos from projects.
•Summarize the projects and unique parts in the projects.

Customer Appreciation
•Send gifts for beginning of projects and end of projects.
•Send cards etc. on Holidays

Employee Appreciation
•Does Birthdays, Anniversaries, and employee events.
•Buys gifts and has things ready for employee appreciation.

Run Errands, Etc.
•Run errands, to post office, store, etc.
•Help out and organize things in the office.
