Position Details

Acquisition of clients
•Talk to new company’s and add new clients to work with.

Growth of clients
•Keep adding new clients and projects to work on.

Retention of clients
•Keeps the clients we have engaged and gets new project with them.

Establishing relationships with vendors
•Establish good relationships and partnerships with the vendors.
•Have a good list of reliable vendors to work with.

Establishing relationships with clients
•Establish good relationships and partnerships with the clients/owners of the projects.
•Keep up the relationships so we could keep on working and have stable projects lined up from the same place.

Travels to do Sales
•Travels to different places to make sales and to talk to new companies.

Initiative
•They will MAKE things happen – vs. HOPING or WATCHING things happen.
•They should recognize account/revenue/pipeline issues and concerns independently, and effectively create variance plans to maintain performance.

Sales Ability
•Business Development Representative understands all aspects of selling, closing, account management and the Sarandi Mfg. sales process model.

•Business Development Representative should demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, assigns proper priorities and determines correct actions to take.
